Groover alternatives (2026)
Groover charges 2 Grooviz for each standard curator or music professional you send a track to (top-tier contacts cost more), a price it labels €2 on some pages and $2 on others (it quotes about $1.07 per Grooviz, so confirm the billing currency), with feedback within 7 days or the Grooviz back for that contact; packs start at €47, there is no free tier, and its 3,000+ contacts (self-reported) span playlists, media, radio, labels and managers. Artists look elsewhere for three reasons: the fee repeats on every release, the curator stays inside Groover unless they choose to share a contact, and artists focused only on playlists may not need Groover's broader range of contact categories. The seven alternatives below are grouped by what you would be swapping. Broker facts checked on October 23, 2026; artist.tools and PlaylistSupply on October 4, 2026. This page is published by PlaylistMap, one of the seven.

Brokers: a different response rule for a different price
SubmitHub
- Closest to Groover's model: you pay per curator (1 to 5 premium credits, from $1 each, about $0.80 in bulk) and the curator answers inside the platform.
- Its rule is tighter and shorter than Groover's: 72 hours, a 60-second listen and 20 or more words on a decline, or the credit back; standard (free) credits carry no rule.
- Reaches bloggers, radio and influencers as well as playlisters (1,700+, self-reported), so it keeps some of Groover's breadth.
Daily Playlists
- The budget route: 10 free standard submissions a week, with no response promise and a 21-day curator window.
- Premium credits ($19.99 for 10) buy Groover's kind of promise, a response within 7 days or the credit back, but the response may be a placement or feedback at the curator's discretion.
- Playlists only, run by music lovers, hobbyists and professionals (its words); 18,000+ playlists listed (self-reported).
Playlist Push
- A managed campaign instead of per-contact credits: from $280, priced by the number of playlists targeted; curators are paid up to $15 per review.
- Written feedback isn't guaranteed; budget that no curator reviews comes back as account credit, and purchases are final.
- Artists cannot contact curators or see playlist names before the campaign, by policy.
SoundCampaign
- Pay per completed review on a budget you set; its published minimums disagree ($80 on the pricing slider, $60 in a blog post), so confirm the current minimum before buying.
- Written feedback promised on every completed review and no charge when a review doesn't happen; returned credits stay in your balance, never back to a card.
- Spotify curators and TikTok creators (10,000+, self-reported); also offers Meta ads.
Contact databases: pay for the list, not for each release
artist.tools
- Unlimited curator contacts on the $15-a-month Artist plan ($99 a year); the free plan covers basic bot checks and 7 days of history.
- Built around Spotify analytics: playlist history, listener data, bot alerts, CSV export.
- Checked October 4, 2026.
PlaylistMap
- 70,365 Spotify playlists from 37,048 curator records (live), 80% with an email; follower counts, freshness and an integrity score shown before you unlock.
- 3 free unlocks, then $9.99 a month; an unlock covers every playlist a curator runs, and the address stays yours for the next release.
- AI drafts a pitch per curator; English and Spanish interface. No response promise: curators are independent.
PlaylistSupply
- Unlimited contacts for a flat fee: $24.99 a month after a $19.99 first month ($34.99 and $49.99 plans add features); no free plan.
- Searches Spotify and YouTube playlists live by keyword; similar-artist search and exports on higher plans.
- Checked October 4, 2026.
How to choose
- You like Groover's response rule and want a different price point: SubmitHub premium credits (72 hours; 1 to 5 credits per curator at $1 each, about $0.80 in bulk) or Daily Playlists premium credits (7 days; about $2 to $6 per review). Whether either is cheaper than Groover's 2 Grooviz standard-contact price depends on the curator.
- You want labels, managers and radio shows, not just playlists: Groover remains the broadest list here; SubmitHub adds blogs and radio to playlists.
- You pitch the same curators every release: a contact database (artist.tools, PlaylistMap, PlaylistSupply) replaces a repeating per-track fee with a list you keep.
- You want someone else to run it: Playlist Push or SoundCampaign.
- You want a no-cost first step: Daily Playlists' 10 weekly submissions, SubmitHub's two standard credits, PlaylistMap's 3 unlocks, or artist.tools' free plan (bot checks and 7 days of history, no contacts).

Questions
Is there a free Groover alternative?
Groover has no free tier. Four of the seven have a no-cost route: Daily Playlists gives you 10 standard submissions a week (no response promise), PlaylistMap gives you 3 curator-contact unlocks with no card, and artist.tools has a free plan with basic bot checks (contacts need its $15-a-month plan). SubmitHub also hands out two standard credits every four hours (never more than two at a time), which only curators who opt in accept.
Which alternatives keep Groover's idea of a response rule?
Three brokers promise something when you pay. SubmitHub premium credits: a response within 72 hours after a 60-second listen, with 20 or more words on a decline, or the credit back. Daily Playlists premium credits (about $2 a credit, 1 to 3 credits per review): a response within 7 days or the credit back, where the response can be feedback or a placement at the curator's discretion. SoundCampaign: written feedback on every completed review, and no charge if a review doesn't happen. Playlist Push returns unreviewed budget as account credit rather than promising feedback. Groover's own rule is feedback within 7 days or the Grooviz back for that contact.
Which alternatives reach blogs, radio or labels, like Groover does?
Among these seven, SubmitHub is the one that lists bloggers, radio and influencers alongside playlisters in its 1,700+ network (self-reported). Playlist Push also runs TikTok campaigns, SoundCampaign sends tracks to TikTok creators and offers Meta ads, Daily Playlists is a playlist marketplace, and the three contact databases cover Spotify playlist curators (PlaylistSupply also searches YouTube playlists). If labels, managers and radio shows are the point, Groover's 3,000+ curators and professionals (self-reported) remain the broadest list here.
Which alternatives give you the curator's contact details?
The contact databases: artist.tools (unlimited contacts for $15 a month), PlaylistMap ($9.99 a month for 20 unlocks; one unlock covers every playlist that curator runs) and PlaylistSupply (unlimited contacts for $24.99 a month). On Groover the contact is shared only if a curator likes your track and chooses to; SubmitHub, Daily Playlists, Playlist Push and SoundCampaign keep the curator inside their platforms.
Can any of them guarantee a playlist placement?
No. Groover guarantees feedback, not placement; the other four brokers disclaim placements too; and the three contact databases sell contact access, not placements. Spotify says services that claim to offer guaranteed playlist placement for money violate its terms, and they shouldn't be used.
