PlaylistSupply alternatives (2026)

PlaylistSupply is a curator-contact database: unlimited contacts on every plan, live keyword search of Spotify and YouTube playlists, 1-click pitching from Gmail, and similar-artist search, PlaylistVet quality checks and exports on its Viral plan and up. Plans are $24.99 a month after a $19.99 first month ($199.99 a year), $34.99 and $49.99, with no free plan or trial. Artists look at alternatives for two reasons: they want to start without paying, or they want the playlist vetting on the entry plan rather than the second tier. A third group wants out of cold-emailing altogether. The options below cover all three. artist.tools and PlaylistSupply facts checked on October 4, 2026; brokers on October 23, 2026. This page is published by PlaylistMap, a direct competitor and one of the seven.

Other contact databases: the same model, priced differently

artist.tools

  • Flat and unlimited like PlaylistSupply, at $15 a month or $99 a year on the Artist plan; Industry and Developer plans cost more.
  • Analytics first: playlist history, listener data and bot alerts, with a free plan for basic bot checks and 7 days of history (contacts need a paid plan).
  • 7-day refund policy stated on its pricing page. Checked October 4, 2026.

PlaylistMap

  • Credits instead of a flat fee: 3 free unlocks, then $9.99 a month for 20 or $19.99 for 100; one unlock opens every playlist a curator runs, and the contact stays yours.
  • 70,365 Spotify playlists from 37,048 curator records (live), 80% with an email; follower counts, freshness and an integrity score shown before you unlock, on every plan.
  • AI drafts a pitch per curator in English or Spanish; you send from your own email. No refunds under our terms; cancel any time.

What to compare between databases

  • Contact counts are self-reported and counted differently (artist.tools lists 158K+ contacts; PlaylistMap counts 37,048 curator records live), so compare the contacts relevant to your genre, how fresh they are and which checks are shown, rather than the headline number.
  • Unlimited plans (PlaylistSupply, artist.tools) suit high-volume prospecting; per-unlock credits (PlaylistMap) suit a vetted shortlist per release.
  • Pitch tooling differs: 1-click Gmail pitching (PlaylistSupply), AI-drafted pitches sent from your own email (PlaylistMap), contacts plus CSV export (artist.tools).

If you'd rather not cold-email: brokers and managed campaigns

SubmitHub

  • Pick curators from a public list (1,700+ playlisters, bloggers, radio and influencers, self-reported) and pay 1 to 5 premium credits each, from $1 a credit.
  • Premium submissions: a response within 72 hours after a 60-second listen, 20 or more words on a decline, or the credit back.
  • Two free standard credits every four hours, never more than two at a time, accepted only by curators who opt in.

Groover

  • 2 Grooviz per standard curator or professional per track, more for top-tier contacts (labelled €2 on some pages and $2 on others; confirm currency), chosen by category; packs from €47; no free tier.
  • Feedback within 7 days or the Grooviz back for that contact; 90% reply rate (self-reported).
  • Reaches media, radio, labels and managers as well as playlists; a curator who likes your track may share their contact.

Daily Playlists

  • 10 free standard submissions a week with no response promise; a connected Spotify account is required.
  • Premium credits ($19.99 for 10, 1 to 3 per review by curator tier) promise a response within 7 days or the credit back.
  • Professional plan at $19.99 a month for 30 standard submissions a week.

Managed campaigns

  • Playlist Push: from $280, priced by playlists targeted; curators paid up to $15 per review; purchases final, unreviewed budget returns as account credit; no curator contact by policy.
  • SoundCampaign: you set a budget that can span Spotify curator reviews, TikTok creator reviews and Meta ads; the reviews are charged only when completed, with written feedback promised; its published minimums disagree ($80 slider, $60 blog), so confirm before buying; no refunds to a card.
  • Playlist Push withholds playlist names before a campaign and SoundCampaign's system selects the curators; neither gives you the curator's contact.

How to choose

  • You want PlaylistSupply's model but a free way in: PlaylistMap (3 free unlocks) or artist.tools (free plan without contacts).
  • You want unlimited contacts for less: artist.tools at $15 a month.
  • You want checks before you pitch: artist.tools (basic bot checks on its free plan; bot alerts among its analytics) or PlaylistMap (integrity score, freshness and followers on every plan); PlaylistSupply's PlaylistVet starts on its $34.99 plan.
  • You want YouTube playlists too: PlaylistSupply itself searches them; PlaylistMap is Spotify-only, and artist.tools' documented features cover Spotify.
  • You'd rather someone delivered the track with a response rule: SubmitHub premium, Groover or Daily Playlists premium; or a managed campaign from Playlist Push or SoundCampaign.

Questions

Is there a free PlaylistSupply alternative?

PlaylistSupply has no free plan or trial. PlaylistMap gives you 3 curator-contact unlocks with no card, and one unlock opens every playlist that curator runs. artist.tools has a free plan with basic bot checks and 7 days of history, but contacts need its $15-a-month plan. Outside the contact-database model, Daily Playlists offers 10 free standard submissions a week and SubmitHub two standard credits every four hours (never more than two at a time), both without a response promise and without giving you the curator's contact.

Which alternative also has unlimited contacts?

artist.tools: unlimited curator contacts on its $15-a-month Artist plan ($99 a year), with 158K+ contacts listed (self-reported). PlaylistMap works differently: credits buy unlocks ($9.99 a month for 20, $19.99 for 100), each unlock covers every playlist a curator runs, and you keep the contact. If you need hundreds of new contacts every month, a flat unlimited plan can cost less per contact; if you pitch a vetted shortlist per release, credits can cost less overall.

Which alternatives check playlists for bots or quality before I pitch?

artist.tools shows playlist history, listener data and bot alerts, and its free plan includes basic bot checks. PlaylistMap shows follower counts, freshness and an integrity score for each playlist before you unlock, plus a free bot checker. PlaylistSupply's PlaylistVet check is on its Viral plan ($34.99) and up. Among the brokers, SubmitHub shows its public curator list with each curator's credit cost and describes its playlisters as quality-checked; Daily Playlists lists its marketplace playlists and says it vets premium curators on engagement, impact, branding and growth; Playlist Push calls its playlists verified but withholds their names before a campaign (all three descriptions self-reported); SoundCampaign's system selects the curators, and its pricing page shows estimated curator submissions for a chosen budget (actual results vary).

Do I still have to write and send the emails myself?

With a contact database you control and send the outreach, and the tooling varies: PlaylistSupply offers 1-click pitching from Gmail; PlaylistMap drafts a pitch for each curator with AI and you send it from your own email; artist.tools gives you the contacts and a CSV export. If you would rather not cold-email, the brokers deliver the track for you inside their platforms: SubmitHub (from $1 a credit, premium submissions with a 72-hour response rule), Groover (2 Grooviz per standard contact, more for top-tier, labelled €2 or $2 depending on the page, feedback within 7 days or Grooviz back), Daily Playlists (free submissions, or premium credits with a 7-day response rule), and the managed campaigns Playlist Push (from $280) and SoundCampaign (budget you set; confirm its current minimum).

Can any of them guarantee a playlist placement?

No. The contact databases, PlaylistSupply included, sell contact access, not placements, and the five brokers disclaim placements. Spotify says services that claim to offer guaranteed playlist placement for money violate its terms, and they shouldn't be used.
